bad publicity of any nature. Please note : Once account
is deleted, refund request will NOT be entertained. `the-winners-million´
reserves the right to accept or decline any membership without

"no Spam" policy that ensures that no

associate uses "Spam" or "UCE" to promote
his or her business. The rules are simple. Should any member
be found SPAMMING or using UCE, we reserve the right to
firstly warn the member and secondly to take further action
against the member if no action is taken by the member to
rectify the situation. "Further action" can be
either temporary deactivation or permanent suspension, depending
on the severity of the complaint and circumstances. Although
we take Spam seriously, we will not take action unless the
Spam or UCE complaint is proven.
